Mark Wolf
Mr. Wolf is responsible for executive oversight of AHV Communities. He also manages new acquisitions, strategic partnerships, investor relations and operations.
Prior to forming AHV Communities, Mr. Wolf was a Founding Partner of the multifamily platform at GreenlawPartners in Newport Beach where he was responsible for the oversight of multifamily investments. In addition, he was the Founder and Managing Principal at SicuroRealty Partners, a multifaceted advisor/ capital provider for the multifamily sector.
Over the course of his 20+ year career, Mr. Wolf has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, construction financing and lease up of over 12,000 multifamily units requiring $3 billion in capitalization and an aggregate in excess of $4 billion encompassing all real estate types spanning the United States.
Spencer Rinker
Mr. Rinker provides executive leadership across AHV’s vertically integrated teams focusing on overseeing the planning and management of AHV’s acquisition and development pipeline. Since founding AHV, Mr. Rinker has helped lead the company’s growth and execution including the formation of a start-up homebuilding company. Starting with an innovative idea in 2012, AHV has grown to be a recognized leader of a burgeoning institutional asset class.
Prior to forming AHV Communities, Mr. Rinker was a Principal in the multifamily group of GreenlawPartners where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management.
Over the course of his 17+ year career, Mr. Rinker has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, construction and financing of over 12,000 multifamily and single family residential units.
Mr. Rinker is a 3rdgeneration real estate developer. When he’s not working, he prioritizes time with his wife and two children.
Gene Kim
Mr. Kim is responsible for executive oversight of asset management, marketing, branding and community development. He also manages and oversees the lease-up of new development projects, acquisitions, underwriting, procurement of strategic relationships, vertical product and community concept and design and sales and marketing initiatives.
Mr. Kim is a founding partner at AHV Communities and has worked with the founding principals for over 8 years, including serving as a Senior Analyst for SicuroRealty Partners and Senior Analyst for GreenlawPartners where he was responsible for overseeing asset management, sourcing and underwriting multifamily investment opportunities, overseeing sales and marketing, conducting market research and overseeing due diligence.
Prior thereto, Mr. Kim served as a Senior Financial Analyst for The Harris Group of Marcus & Millichap. During his tenure with The Harris Group, Mr. Kim was involved in the closing of $600 million in closed transactions, consisting of 60 properties and more than 4,500 units.
Shane Bouchard
Mr. Bouchard is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of AHV’s vertical construction teams nationally including management of AHV’s purchasing, regional construction operations and ongoing project management. Mr. Bouchard is a recognized homebuilding executive with an established track record at both public and large regional homebuilding companies.
Prior to joining AHV Communities, Shane was the Division President for Century Communities, Inc., a leading homebuilder of single-family homes, townhomes and flats in select U.S. markets that merged with UCP, Inc. in 2017, creating a company with an equity market capitalization of more than $700 million and an enterprise value exceeding $1.3 billion. He was the strategic planning and day-to-day operational leader across four locations—Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Ventura—and stays heavily involved in all phases of land acquisition, broker relations, G&A, construction, and project management.
Joseph Kim
Mr. Kim is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s financial reporting, accounting and internal controls. Mr. Kim works closely with the leadership team, homebuilding operations, asset management and AHV’s investors to ensure the completion of timely and accurate accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and loan compliance. Mr. Kim has over 20 years of real estate and accounting experience with both publicly and privately held companies. Prior to joining AHV Communities, Mr. Kim held financial leadership positions with Invitation Homes, KB Homes and Watermarke Properties. Mr. Kim is a graduate of University of Southern California where he received a Masters of Business Administration.
